Presidential Welcome – Sarah Chinberg

Welcome to the ASHRAE Louisville Chapter!

The purpose of the ASHRAE Louisville Chapter is to advance heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration to serve humanity and promote a sustainable community through education of our members, promotion of students' interest in HVAC&R engineering and technical fields, raising funds for research, and support of the establishment of engineering standards.

Our chapter is committed to fostering professional growth, creating networking opportunities, and facilitating the exchange of innovative ideas among our members. Whether you are a seasoned professional or new to the field, we encourage you to participate in our events, engage with fellow members, and contribute to the ongoing development of our industry. Thank you for joining us, and we look forward to your active involvement in our chapter’s activities.

I'm both excited and honored to be representing this chapter as your Chapter President for 2025-2026. I welcome your feedback and participation, and hope to see you at our future events. Please feel free to contact me at chinbergsarah@midea.com if you'd like to get involved.

As president, my objective is to create an inclusive atmosphere where every member feels welcome, with a special emphasis on encouraging students, young professionals, and individuals from diverse backgrounds to actively participate and engage.

We are delighted to have you as part of our community.
